New Hope, Madison County
About 33 miles by car, roughly 46 minutes, from New Hope to our office in Arab.
Our only office is in Arab. We do not have an office in New Hope.
With 2,889 residents in the 2020 census, New Hope is a city in the southeastern part of Madison County. U.S. Route 431 runs past it, and both Huntsville and Guntersville are roughly 19 miles away.[1]
Its history starts in 1829 as Cloud's Town, followed by incorporation as Vienna in 1832. The town was rebuilt after a fire in 1864, and since 1883 it has carried the name New Hope, taken from the New Hope Methodist Church.[1]

New Hope Elementary (K-6) and New Hope High School (7-12) are part of Madison County Schools.[1]
City Hall is housed in Butler's Store, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 31, 1992.[1]
The city measures 8.715 square miles, and its elevation is 614 feet.[1]
TRAM, short for Transportation for Rural Areas of Madison County, runs a dial-a-ride service in the area.[1]
