Working with Morgan Family Practice
Where are you located?
Morgan Family Practice is at 141 Golfview Dr NE, Arab, AL 35016. Call 256-459-7771 to schedule an appointment.
What are your hours?
Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 12 PM and 1 to 5 PM, Friday 8 AM to 12 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do I need an appointment?
Please call 256-459-7771 to schedule your appointment. Walk-ins are welcome but may require a longer wait.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Champus, Cigna, Medicare, PCHS and United Healthcare. Please check with your insurance provider to see which services your plan covers.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards. We also accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card. Co-payments are due at the time of your visit.
How do I get a medication refill?
Call your pharmacy with the request and they will contact us. Please allow at least 24 hours for our office to approve a refill.
Where are the new patient forms?
The New Patient Pack and the Pediatric Patient Pack are on our forms page. You can fill them in before your visit.
Do you offer weight loss, medical spa or skin care services?
Those are offered by our sister business, Morgan Family Wellness, at the same address. Visit morganfamilywellness.com or call 256-459-7771.
Do you have an office anywhere besides Arab?
No. Our only office is at 141 Golfview Dr NE in Arab, Alabama. Our service area pages list the towns around Arab that our patients come from.
Primary Care
Who do you see?
We care for patients of all ages, from 6 months to seniors. Dr. Morgan and our team also see patients for routine physicals, wellness exams and DOT and CDL physicals.
Lab Testing
How long do test results take?
You can expect results within 5 to 10 days after testing is complete. If we need to talk with you sooner, we will call. If you have not received results in 5 to 10 days, please call us.
Do you have X-rays and lab testing in the office?
Yes. We offer digital X-rays on site, an EKG, and in-office lab tests such as blood sugar, A1C, PT/INR, pregnancy, COVID and strep tests, urinalysis and drug screening.
