Dr. Randall K. Morgan is a family medicine doctor in Arab, Alabama and is affiliated with Marshall Medical Center North. He received his medical degree from University of Alabama School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 25 years. He is experienced in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care. He also specializes in sports medicine and has a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries.
Jessica Lynn Dempsey is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama. She has experience in providing primary care services to patients of all ages, including physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and preventive care. She

Testing & Results
We understand that lab tests can be expensive and time consuming, so we strive to ensure that any tests we order are necessary and appropriate for your individual situation. We will always explain the purpose of the test and the expected results. We will also discuss any potential risks or side effects associated with the test
You can expect your test results within 5 to 10 days after testing completion. If we need to talk with you sooner, we’ll call you. If your results are not received within 5 to 10 days, we want you to call us. To assure that we can easily contact you, please remember to keep your phone number, address and insurance information updated at our front desk.
We want you to have the medications you need when you need them. We understand that it can be difficult to remember to bring all your medication bottles to every visit. To help make it easier, we suggest that you keep all your medications in one place, such as a pill box or bag, and bring that with you to each visit.
To get regular refills, call your pharmacy with any requests, and they will contact us. But, be sure to allow at least 24 hours for our office to approve the refill.
We understand that it be inconvenient to wait for a refill, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We strive to provide the best care possible and to ensure that all medications are prescribed and refilled safely and responsibly.
For your convenience, We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. We also accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that can help you pay for treatments and procedures your insurance doesn’t cover. We’ll also be happy to submit your insurance forms if you’ve provided accurate and current information. Co-payments are due at the time of your office visit.
It is important to check with your insurance provider to understand what services are covered and what services are not covered. You should also check to see if there are any additional charges or fees associated with the services you are seeking. However, if special financial circumstances arise, don’t hesitate to discuss the situation with our billing office at (256) 459-7771 so that we can arrange a payment plan.
